Lawn Treatments
Package A- This program includes monthly treatments, excluding January & December.
- Lawn Fertilization- We offer liquid and dry applications, including nitrogen and iron treatments during the growing seasons and potash applications during dormant months to keep your lawn healthy year-round.
- Insect Treatments- Our services cover chinch bugs, sod webworms, army webworms, mole crickets, and other turf-damaging insects. We use a combination of contact and systemic treatments to protect your lawn and ensure long-term health.
- Fungus Control- The most common fungi in your area are grey leaf spots and brown patches. While not all fungi can be prevented, effective communication is essential for successful control. Our monthly newsletters provide valuable tips to help you identify and address fungal issues as they arise.
- Preventive Weed Control- We use pre-emergent applications to prevent certain weeds. Timing is critical for these treatments and may vary based on temperature changes.
- Post-Emergent Weed Control- Post-emergent treatments target weeds after they appear. However, some grassy weeds—like Bermuda, torpedo, crabgrass, and Bahia grass—can only be removed using specialized treatments like Roundup, which may also affect surrounding grass.
- Soil Testing- If your lawn is struggling, we can send soil samples to the University of Florida for testing to identify underlying issues and recommend solutions.
Package B- This program includes two extra weed treatments.

Home Pest Treatments
Package A- Quarterly outside pest treatments only.
- Dusting Eaves- We remove spider webs, wasp nests, and mud dauber nests from your eaves to keep your home clean and pest-free.
- Liquid Barrier- A targeted spray is applied to entry points around your home to prevent outside pests from invading and causing damage.
- Granular Application- Granular bait is applied around the home’s exterior to deter pests from crossing entry points and invading your space.
- Inspecting Entry Points- During each application, our technicians inspect your home for cracks or openings that could allow pests to enter, providing proactive protection.
- Pests Covered- Our services address a range of pests, including earwigs, silverfish, spiders, ants, and roaches (American, Smokey Brown, and Australian).
Package B- Inside as needed and quarterly outside treatment. (Package A, plus services below)
- Liquid Application- Targeted treatments are applied to cracks and crevices to eliminate pests and prevent infestations.
- Bait Application- Bait is strategically placed behind outlets and in harborage areas to manage pests.
- Dust Application- Dust treatments are applied behind outlets and in harborage areas to address hidden pest infestations.
- Monitoring Stations- Monitoring stations are installed when necessary to track and manage pest activity over time.
- Pests Covered- Our services include treatment for gnats, pantry pests, earwigs, silverfish, spiders, ants, and roaches (German, American, Smokey Brown, and Australian).

Aeration
- Lawn aeration involves creating small holes in the soil by scooping or “coring” to allow oxygen, water, and nutrients to reach deeper layers. If your lawn looks worn or water struggles to soak into the surface, it is time to aerate.
